We want to take a moment to address a recent change in our Google reviews.
BPM Gutters is a small, locally owned “Mom and Pop” business, and we take tremendous pride in the quality of our work and the relationships we have with our customers. Our reputation has been built one customer at a time through honest work, reliable service, and treating people with respect.
Recently, our business has received a number of negative reviews from individuals who have never used BPM Gutters’ services and have no business relationship with us. These reviews appear to be connected to a private interpersonal dispute involving a member of our family and are unrelated to the work or services provided by BPM Gutters. We have documentation supporting this connection, and we have been reporting the reviews to Google for investigation and removal. Some of the reviews have already been removed, only to be followed by additional reviews from other accounts.
We understand that seeing a sudden change in our reviews may raise questions, so we wanted to be transparent with our customers and anyone considering doing business with us.
To our existing customers: thank you. Your continued support, kind words, referrals, and trust mean more to our little business than we can put into words.
And to anyone who is considering BPM Gutters for your home, we simply ask that you look at the reviews from customers who have actually worked with us and judge us by the quality of our work and the way we treat our customers.
We are continuing to work through the appropriate channels to address the situation and protect the reputation we have worked so hard to build.
